Dwight is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) by the University of Maryland Baltimore County Department of Emergency Health Services. He is one of the leading national trainers in the field of community crisis management through the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. He led a crisis recovery team after the terrorist attacks of 9/11 in New York City. He was part of the effort to rebuild stability after national disasters including the Columbine and Parkland School Shootings, and the Orlando Pulse Terrorist Attack.

Dwight has trained thousands of leaders since being credentialed as one of the first certified John Maxwell Leadership coaches in 1999. He specializes in both leadership and career coaching. As a leadership coach, Dwight identifies specific steps that can be taken to achieve personal goals. As a career coach, Dwight provides specific resources to help others be successful in achieving career goals or growing their business.
